Guide prices below. Prices can alter dependent on the boiler type. The price listed for a gas safety inspection is for the boiler only; every additional gas appliance ie. hob, water heater etc.. is an additional £10. Fires are charged at additional £15 as they are more labour intense to gas check. Electrical checks can differ in price dependent on the size of the property and the number of appliances. To investigate any boiler related fault we charge £60 + vat for the first visit. If no parts are required and this can be resolved within this hour visit then no more cost is associated. If we need to re-attend and carry out further work, the £60 + vat will be payable and we will give you a fixed quote taking into consideration we have already charged you for our first visit.
